A | 中新网北京8月21日电 (记者 郭超凯)国防动员法修订草案二次审议稿将提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议审议。全国人大常委会法工委发言人黄海华21日在记者会上表示，草案二审稿增加规定推进先进技术应用，发展新兴领域国防动员力量。
